甘蓝型油菜种间可交配品系的选育

摘　　要：本项研究以芥菜型油菜的花粉进行了广泛的种间测交基础上,选取7个具各种种间可交配性特征的甘蓝型油菜品种,组配了33个杂交组合。从F_2代中测交筛选出11个种间可交配性较好的单株。另一可交配品系IC34除了可与芥菜型油菜交配外,与埃塞俄比亚芥杂交亦具有一定的结实率,但尚需对其遗传稳定性进行研究。33 combinations were crossed from 7 cultivars of B. napus with different interspecific crossable characterastics identified from an extensive interspecific testing cross to B.juncea. 11 plants with better interspecific crossability were selected from F2 populations . One of the plants , IC 36, still shown its high crossability with B. juncea at F3 generation. The highest seed set record reached about 6 per pollination , tens of times higher than the ordinary varieties of B. napus. Apart from high crossability with B. juncea, the another crossable line , IC 34, could be crossed with B. carinata.However, it is needed to investigate whether the property is stable genetically.
