河南大学校医院门诊患者苯二氮类药物临床用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院在相对固定的人群中(全校教职工学生约3.5万人)不同组使用苯二氮类(BZD)药物情况,分析评价临床用药的合理性。方法:回顾性调查我院2003年1月―12月门诊70328张处方中含有BZD类药物的2630张处方用药数据按离退休组、教工组和学生组进行统计,并对所使用的BZD类药物进行药物使用频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)分析评价。结果:在对2630张BZD类药物处方调查分析后,离退休组使用BZD类药物的处方量和连续使用的人数均高于其他组。而学生组无一例连续使用BZD类药物的。结论:我院使用BZD的两种药物其DUI均为1.0,表明临床使用基本合理。但离退休组中的部分人有产生依赖性的先兆,或者说已有少部分患者已产生了依赖性,应引起临床医师的高度重视。Objective: To get a general idea about the BZD administration among different groups of the relatively fixed individuals (the total staff including retired personnel of Henan University: 35,000) and to analyze and evaluate whet her the usage of BZD is reasonable. Methods: 70 328 outpatient prescriptions fro m Jan. to Dec. 2003 in our hospital have been retrospectively investigated, amon g which 2 630 ones have contained BZD that were divided into 3 groups---the reti red, the incumbent and the student groups, the use and dosage of BZD have been r ecorded statistically. The amount of usage of BZD has been analyzed and evaluate d on the basis of their DDDs and DUI administration indexes. Results: After ana lysis of the 2 630 prescriptions which contain BZD, the number of BZD prescripti ons and individuals of continuous administration of BZD in the retired group wer e higher than the other two groups, and none in the student group continuously a dministered BZD. Conclusion: DUI of administering both kinds of BZD was 1.0 i n our hospital. The findings indicate that the clinical application of BZD was b asically reasonable. However, some individuals in the retired group had the tren ds of addiction to it, or part of them have developed the addiction to BZD, whic h should call the attention of the physicians.
