摘　　要：全面建设小康社会实践中,中国公务员行政价值观已经在深层次的变革创新之中呈现出新的取向。基于对已有的文献报道、国家政策、政府行为表现等的研究,笔者认为,目前我国国家公务员的行政价值观在民主、法治、权力、发展、政绩、人才、群众等观念方面出现了新的理解和选择,它们之间的内在联系预示着行政价值体系的重塑。In the comprehensive construction of relatively comfortable life society,Chinese public servants have emerged neworien-tations in the deep transformation.Base on the research of reports,national policy,govermnental behavior and so on,weconsider that orientation of public servants emerge newcomprehensive and choices in democracy,legal system,right,de-velopment,offical achievement,human resource,the masses and so on,and the relationship among them appear the re-building of administrative value orientation.
