摘　　要：从丹参改善血液流变性的药理研究出发,查阅文献并进行归纳总结,从血管内皮细胞、血流力学和血液中有形成分等不同角度分析丹参及其复方制剂的作用机理,为丹参改善血液流变性的进一步研究提供一定依据,并为临床运用丹参治疗各种相关疾病提供实验研究基础。The article reviewed the research on the pharmacological effects of Danshen on hemorheology. We discussed the action mechanism of Danshen and its preparations from the points of hemorheology, blood and vessel endothelium cell. Danshen and its preparations can obviously improve the hemorheological characteristic by various ways.
