摘  要:在田间无保湿自然条件下,以赤霉病菌分生孢子悬浮液单花滴注方法研究了小麦对赤霉病的抗扩展性的田间记载方法、适宜的分生孢子悬浮液浓度和接种生育期,结果表明:在只考虑品种间对赤霉病抗扩展性差异时,以单穗上扩展程度和发病轻重两个因素作标准的记载方法──“积分法”,最能正确地反映品种间抗性差异;分生孢子悬浮液浓度以每毫升5—20万个分生孢子为宜;抽穗到开花这一时期中无论何时接种,发病程度无显著差异,若在籽粒灌浆的“半仁期”接种,则应将菌液注射到颖壳内籽粒外。The field recording method of wheat Scab resistance to spread,appropriate density of Conidia suspension of Fusarium gramineaum and injecting time of inoculating pathogens were studied by using the method of injecting the Conidi a suspension nearum into floret under natural condition.The result showed that《synthetic points》recording method depending on the extending degree and injured degree of the disease in every ear was the best method to express the difference for scab-resistance between varieties and 5-20(×10 ̄4) Conidia per millilitre was a suitable density. No significant difference of infecting degree was found when the conidia were injected from the period of heading to blosssom.If injection work was done at filling stage Conidia must be injected into the space between grain and glume.
