高温条件对菊花杂交结实的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了高温条件（昼温／夜温：３２±２℃／１８±２℃）对菊花雌雄配子和杂交有性过程的影响。实验结果表明：高温条件对花粉的发育、花粉的寿命、花粉萌发力、母本雌蕊柱头接受花粉的能力以及杂交有性过程都有不同程度的影响。其中花粉的发育过程受高温的影响最大，致使刚散出的花粉失去萌发力。本文还讨论了高温条件下菊花不结实的原因以及菊花杂交育种的适宜季节选择。This paper reports the study results of high temperature(day/night:32±2℃/18±2℃) effect on male-and female-gametes of the cross-combination D.×grandiflora Taihong 2×D.indicum Beicai 03-1 in sexual hybrization. Experimental results indicated that high temperature showed various negative influence on the ability of stigmata receiving pollen development,life span, pollen germination,in which pollen development suffered the most serious injure from high temperature,resulting in few pollen germination percentage on the stigma.In this paper we also discuss the cause of the cross-infertility under the condition of high temperature and optimal season for crosses of Dendranthema.
