摘　　要：目前公益性建设项目的真正项目法人普遍出现缺位,存在不少问题。采用招标方式确定公益性建设项目法人是一个比较好的方法。The real project legal person of the current public-spirited developments project is widespread to appear to lack, exsit not a few problems.Bidding for the qualification of the public-spirited developments project is a good method.
