摘　　要：《工程网络计划技术规程》推荐的单代号搭接网络计划时间参数计算方法,计算模型复杂,公式多,与非搭接网络计划计算方法不统一,不便于应用。本文提出一种改进算法,使单代号搭接网络计划的计算得到简化,并能与普通衔接网络计划计算方法统一。The calculating method of time parameter for the activity-on-node Multi-dependency Network planning by the Technical Specification of Engineering Network Planning is a complex method. It contains complex calculating model and more formulas. It can't compare with the common Simple-dependency Network planning too, easily going wrong. This article gives an improved method of Time Parameter which makes the activity-on-node Multi-dependency Network planning and the Simple-dependency one uniform.
