摘 要:国产氧康唑体外对25株常见致病真菌以及体内对小鼠感染白念珠菌和新型隐球菌的抗菌作用与酮康唑和两性霉素B进行了比较。结果表明氟康唑在体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC)不如其他两药。而口服氟康唑对感染小鼠的保护作用明显优于酮康唑和两性霉素B,口服治疗白念珠菌感染小鼠的50%动物的有效浓度(EB50)分别为0.85mg/kg和39.98mg/kg,口服治疗新型隐球菌感染小鼠的ED50分别为3.54mg/kg和81.69mg/kg。The antifungal activity of national fluconazole against 25 strains of common pathogenetic fungi in vitro and against Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans experimental infection in mice was examined,compared with that of Ketoconazole and amphotericin B. The results indicated that minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of fluconazole was higher than that of other two drugs. The animal surviving to oral treatment with fluconazole was more active than ketoconazole against systemic infection with C. albicans or neoformans. The effective dose of 50% animal survivng (ED50) against C. albicans infection in mice to oral with fluconazole and ketoconazole was 0.85mg/kg and 39.98mg/kg separately. ED50 against C. neoformans infection in mice to oral with fluconazole and keto'conazole was 3.,54mg/kg and 81.69mg/kg separately.
