摘  要:为预测螺杆式冷水机组在结构参数大范围变化时的运行性能,提出机组带经济器和不带经济器的稳态仿真模型。模型由压缩机、壳管式冷凝器、膨胀阀以及满液式蒸发器等一系列部件模型组成。结合顺序模块方法和连续替代方法实现了系统仿真。与4 台不带经济器和3台带经济器的冷水机组的实验数据相比,模型的预测结果误差在±10%以内。利用验证后的模型对机组中的经济器系统进行了参数敏感性分析,结果发现,机组带经济器运行后制冷量可明显提高,但只有当压缩机一级内压缩容积比大于某定值时,机组的COP才能明显提高。Presents a steady-state simulation model of screw-type water chillers with and without economizers to predict the operating performance when the configuration parameters varying in a wide range. The model consists of component models including the compressor, shell and tube condenser, expansion valve and flooded evaporator. Combined with the sequential modular (SM) method and successive substitution (SS) method, carries out the simulation of chillers. Compared with the experimental data of four water chillers without economizers and three with economizers, the errors of the predicting results are within ±10%. Analyses the sensitivity of the system with economizers using the validated model and finds that the cooling capacity can be increased apparently. However, only when the first stage compression ratio of the compressor is greater than a certain value, the chiller can gain a higher coefficient of performance (COP).
