白塞病患者IL－2产生能力和NK细胞活性观察

摘　　要：对两组（共２５例）ＢＤ患者的ＩＬ－２和ＮＫ细胞的活动进行了测定。结果显示ＩＬ－２活性的低下与ＢＤ活动性是正相关。ＮＫ细胞的活性在一般活动期ＢＤ患者中明显低下，这与ＩＬ－２活性低下有关。但在高度活动期ＢＤ患者中ＮＫ细胞活性是增加的。这提示本病ＮＫ细胞的激活除ＩＬ－２以外，还可能存在其它因素。The activity of IL-2 and NK cells were determined in two groups of patients (25 cases) with BD. The results showed that IL-2 activity was significantly decreased in all patients and was related to the activity of the disease. The activity of NK cells was markedly decreased in active patients and was related to the decreased activity of IL-2. But the activity of NK cells was increased in highly active patients. It suggested that NK cells in patients with BD might be activated by another factor except IL-2.
