国产萘替芬体外抗真菌作用和对豚鼠皮肤真菌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：用国产萘替芬（Ｎａｆｔｉｆｉｎｅ）体外对２３株常见致病真菌及１２０株临床分离菌株的抑菌试验结果表明，萘替芬抑制红色毛癣菌、石膏样毛癣菌等皮肤真菌的效果较好、萘替芬的ＭＩＣ在０．０２～１．５６ｍｇ／Ｌ，咪康唑和克霉唑ＭＩＣ多在０．３９～３．１２ｍｇ／Ｌ，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；动物实验，１％萘替芬霜和１％萘替芬溶液剂在１０天内临床治愈率和平均治愈天数明显优于１％克霉唑软膏；与３％克霉唑软膏比较，除１０天内临床治愈率低于萘替芬外，其他则无明显差异。The antifungal activity of naftifine synthesized bythis laboratory on 143 strains of common pathogenicfungi was examined and compared with that of miconazole and clotrimazole. The results indicated that theminimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of naftifine against dermatophytes were lower and that MIC90 ofnaftifine against clinical isolats, 96 strains of trichophyton rubrum and microsporum lanosum, was proved tobe highly active. The therapeutic effect of 1% naftifinecream and liquid in the guinea pigs experimentally infected with trichophyton gypseum,were compared withthat of 2% miconzole and 3 % clotrimazole creams. Thepercentage efficacy of clinical cure for 10 days,and thetime of clinical cure were shown to be better in 1%naftifine cream and liquid than in 1% clotrimazolecream.
