摘 要:受外部干扰和模型误差影响,异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制中的转速辨识结果往往不准确。为解决此问题,提出一种基于扩张状态观测器(ESO)的转速辨识方法,从ESO的扩张状态观测结果中提取转速信息。为同时辨识转速与转子电阻,提出了三角波激励法。在转子磁链参考值中注入三角波,实现转子电阻辨识的快速光滑收敛,从而提高转速的辨识精度。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法可有效解决转子电阻摄动影响转速辨识精度的问题,而且,由于转速辨识收敛速度快,在0.7倍额定负载突卸情况下,动态速升为7%,系统的动态响应快。Traditional speed identification methods for sensorless vector control of induction motors are inaccurate due to external disturbances and model errors. This paper describes a more accurate speed identification method based on the extended state observer (ESO). The speed is obtained by observing the extended state, which leads to a simple algorithm and quick convergence. The speed and the rotor resistance are identified simultuneoasly with a triangular wave excitation method. When the triangular wave is injected into the rotor flux reference, the rotor resistance can be quick calculated which improves the precision of the speed identification. Experiments and simulation results both show that the speed can be accurately identified in the case of rotor resistance perturbation and that the speed loop of the sensorless vector control system has quick response.
