摘  要:本文用透视电镜动态观察肾血管性高血压鼠(RHR)和正常鼠(SDR)在单侧大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAo)后2小时至7天的梗塞灶边缘区脑微血管的超微结构改变。显示局部脑缺血后微血管的严重损害以MCAo后3天为高峰期,以RHR更严重,说明持续性高血压在其中起着重要的作用。结果表明微血管本身结构的改变是导致管腔狭窄的内因,微血管结构的水肿改变在管腔闭塞中具有决定性作用,而RHR的内皮损害和微血栓形成也是重要的,故高血压对脑梗塞的影响是不容忽视的,提示临床调整血压有其积极意义。In the present study, we sequentially observed the ultrastructural changes of cerebral ndcrovessel in different period (2 hours to 7 days ) following occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCAo) in renovascular hypertensive rats (RHR) and healthy sparque-dawley rats (SDR) by electron microscope.Our data indicate that the damage of microvascular structure became the most serious on the third day after MCAo. The microvascular damage in the bor der of infarct focus in RHR was more severe than in SDR. It is suggested that chronic hypertension may play an important part in the microvascular damage. We consider the damage of microvascular structure itself may be internal cause of microva scular compression, The microvascular edema could play a decisive role in microvascular compression. The endothelial damage and microvascular throm bosis were important too. The effects of hyperten tion on stroke, therefore, can not be neglected. It is necessary to regulate blood pressure clinically.
