摘  要:用自制的增容剂ABS- g -MAH对PA6 /ABS合金进行了改性研究。结果表明:当PA6与ABS二元共混时,力学性能很差;当加入增容剂ABS- g- MAH ( 2 0 % )时,三元合金的力学性能接近于纯PA的力学性能,相态结构分布均匀,同时三元合金的MFR比纯PA6的MFR下降约3倍,克服了纯PA6的流涎现象,热变形温度也比纯PA的提高38℃。The modification of PA6/ABS blend by home-made ABS-g-MAH was studied. The results indicated that when PA6 was blended with ABS, the mechanical properties of the blend were very poor, when compatibilizer ABS-g-MAH (20wt%) was added to PA6/ABS blend, the mechanical properties of the alloy were as goodas those of pure PA6, the morphology structure of the alloy well distributed, and compared with pure PA6, the MFR of PA6/ABS/ABS-g-MAH alloy was decreased by 3 fold, and the saliva phenomenon of pure PA6 was overcome, the heat deflection temperature under load of PA6/ABS/ABS-g-MAH alloy increased by 38℃.
