摘 要:通过对12个搭接方管节点的静力试验, 研究了不同搭接率Ov、支弦杆宽度比β下的K型、KK型部分搭接方管节点的极限承载力、失效模式与破坏机理。节点的失效模式有受压支杆在靠近两支杆搭接区域的局部屈曲、弦杆壁面在拉杆根部以外区域的局部屈曲和受拉支杆沿两支杆搭接处的断裂。应用ANSYS程序对试件进行了弹塑性大挠度分析, 其计算结果与试验结果吻合良好, 验证了ANSYS程序用于节点静力性能分析的可行性。同时, 将试验结果与CIDECT公式计算结果进行了比较, 指出了公式中的不足之处和有待于进一步研究的问题。A static experimental program,including a total of 12 square hollow section(SHS) joints, has been carried out to investigate the ultimate capacity, mode of failure and failure mechanism of the partially overlapped SHS K- and KK- joints with various overlap ratios and brace to chord-width ratios. The failure modes of joints include local buckling of the brace in compression, local buckling of the chord and cracking of the brace in tension. The results obtained from the test are compared with those of the finite element analysis involving large elasto-plastic deformations, and good agreement is observed between them, revealing that it's feasible to analyze the static behavior of SHS joints by ANSYS. At the same time, comparison is made between the test results and those from the CIDECT formula. Deficiency of the CIDECT formula and issues requiring further study are pointed out.
