摘　　要：中日邦交正常化以来,双边经济合作成果尤其显著,其中日本ODA对中国经济现代化的发展起到了积极的促进作用,成为维系中日关系的重要纽带之一。依据国际政治经济学和历史学的分析范式,从政策决定过程和政治与经济互动、中日关系互动的视角来分析和考察日本对华ODA决策、实施的过程及其对中日关系的影响和未来走向,有助于我们做好足够的心理准备,适时制定灵活的政策方针。The bilateral economic cooperation between China and Japan has achieved outstanding progress since the normalization of diplomatic relations of the two countries, in which Japan's ODA for China has played an active role in the development of China's economic modernization and has become one of the important links in the Sino-Japanese relationship. The paper holds that it is necessary, based on such analysis models as international political economics and historicism, and from such angles as of Japan's policy-making process, of the interaction between politics and economy and of the interaction between the two countries, to conduct analyses and examinations of the policy-making and implementation processes, the influence on Sino-Japanese relationship and the future trends of Japan's ODA for China. This will help China to get sufficiently prepared for timely and flexible countermeasures.
