摘　　要：以某铁路局焊轨段为具体研究对象,讨论现有钢轨质量管理模式的不足之处,分析一般性的制造企业模型,研究针对此类企业的质量管理信息系统的系统模型和功能模块,提出一种质量管理信息系统设计方法。The welding rail plant of some railway administrations was researched as object. The disadvantage of existingmanagement pattern was pointed. The run-of-mill model of manufacturing enterprise was analyzed, then the relevant systemmodel and functional module were studied. A design method about quality management information system was raised.
