摘 要:采用羊抗人IgG抗体包被酶标板,以酶标兔抗囊虫囊液抗体为识别系统,建立了血清中完整囊虫特异性免疫复合物的捕捉法ELISA技术,结果发现82.35%的脑囊虫病人血清中存在着囊虫特异性免疫复合物,对照组有6.67%的假阳性率。同时,采用C1q捕捉法测定了血清中非特异性免疫复合物,发现囊虫病人血清中非特异性免疫复合物的含量为7.34±11.63μg/ml,对照组为2.92±1.66μg/ml,囊虫病人血清中非特异性免疫复合物明显高于正常人。相关研究未发现囊虫病人特异性和非特异性免疫复合物之间有相关性。We have developed a capture EIISA technique for determining serum specific cysticerci immune complex, which employed goat anti-human IgG antiserum as coated material,and HRP labeled rabbit anti-cysticerci antibody as recognizing system,specific immune complex was found in 82.35%of patients with neurocysticercosis,and in 6.67%of controls. Non-specific immune complex was determined by Clq-capture ELISA. The results showed the level of non-specific immune complex was 7.34±11.63μg/ml in patient group,and 2.97±1. 66μg/ml in control group.It was significantly higher in patient group than in control g-oup.There was no correlation between specific and non-specific immune complex.
