摘 要:本文采用ELISA技术成功地检测鸭血清中乙型肝炎病毒感染标志。发现鸭感染DHBV后会出现类似人感染HBV后的免疫反应,这种免疫反应在麻鸭与北京鸭间具有一定差异。DHBV不仅表面成分,而且核心成分都与HBV之间存在一定交叉反应。这些结果不仅对鸭作为HBV感染的实验模型,而且对鸭业生产和人类乙型肝炎的防治具有意义。Infective markers of duck hepatitis B. virus in duck serum were detected successfully by ELISA in this paper.It was found that immune respnse to duck heptitis B. virus in ducks was similar to heptitis B. virus in human being,but the respnse had some differences between duck and Beijing ducks. Moever,there were same crssreaction between duck heptitis B. virus and human heptits B. virus not only in surface antigen components,but also in core antigen components. These results may play an imprtant role in duck production,prevention of human hepatitis B as well as duck as experimentalmmodal of hepatitis B. virus.
