摘 要:本文比较了在包虫病人循环抗原检测中,数种血清不同处理方法。结果证实,在检测包虫病人循环抗原时,预先用胰蛋白酶消化可以使血清免疫复合物中的循环抗原较彻底地游离。用3.5%聚乙二醇沉淀血清中的免疫复合物,再以1%胰蛋白酶消化,较不处理组敏感性提高6倍,较传统的酸解组增加4倍多。另外,将处理血清的稀释液中氯化钠浓度加大,或将血清用10%牛血清白蛋白孵育,可明显降低本底值,P/N值可分别提高1.2倍和1.3倍。In the assay,several treatments of sera of the patients with hydatid disease were compared,the results proved that for the detection of circulating antigens(CAg) in the patients sera with hydatid disease,the CAg could be liberated from the circulating immune complex(CIC) completely by trypsin digestion. CIC in the sera precipitated by 3.5% Polyethylene glyco(PEG)was digested by trypsin. The results showed that the sensitivity in trypsin treated sera group was 6 and 4 fold higher than untreated sera one and traditional trichloroacetic acid-dissociated sera one respectively. In addition,increasing concentration of sodium chloride(NaCl) in treated sera dilution,dr incubating them with 10% bovine sera albumen(BSA) could make the noise value decreased obviously,and the Signal to noise ratio was 1.2and 1.3 times higher than conventional dilution respectively.
