摘　　要：经济发展与劳资关系密切相关。一方面,经济发展环境和经济发展战略会影响劳资关系的类型;另一方面,劳资关系对经济发展也有着重大影响。劳资关系的改善可以降低交易费用,提高企业的社会资本。劳动关系不仅是不同社会经济发展时期的重要标志,而且是企业竞争力的核心和经济发展的关键因素。Economic development is closely related with relation between labour and capital.The type of this relation is affected by the circumstance and stratagem of economy development,while economy development is affected by this relation.The improvement of this relation can reduce transfer cost,while increase social capital.Relations between labour and capital is not only the important symbol of phases of economic development,but also the core of enterprise competence as well as the key factor of economic development.
