摘　　要：民族地区依靠科教进步和人才开发促进经济发展取得了一定成效,但民族地区科技、教育和人才工作仍存在一些突出问题,主要表现为科技水平整体偏低,教育事业困难重重,各类人才严重匮乏。必须贯彻落实科学发展观,增强科教兴国意识和人才强国意识;必须强化科技工作力度,大力扶持民族地区的基础教育,发展职业教育和成人教育,提高民族地区劳动者的素质;坚持以人为本,做好民族地区人才工作。There are some problems in the fields of technology, education and talent cultivation in ethnic areas technology is at low level as a whole, education is faced with many difficulties, and talents are is insufficient. It is necessary to set up a scientific viewpoint of development, to strengthen the consciousness of developing our nation by the means of science, technology and qualified personnel, to develop basic education, vocational and adult education in the ethnic areas so as to promote the laborer's quality, and to take human beings as the foundation to deal with talent affairs in ethnic areas.
