摘 要:应用膜片固相抗原免疫酶测定法(D-IEA)和ELISA检测日本血吸虫感染家兔血清中CAb和CAg水平时,高峰分别在感染后10~12周和10周,CAb和CAg水平均与感染度和感染期密切相关。实验结果表明,感染宿主血清中CAb/CAg水平的消长规律并不一致,宿主在感染中期(感染后10~20周)显示CAb检测为优势,在感染早期(感染后10周内)则以CAg检测为优势。本项研究可为选用适宜的CAb/CAg检测途径,提供依据。应用改进方法D-IEA检测血吸虫感染者血清中特异性抗体时,可取得满意效果。Disc-immunoenzymatic assay(D-IEA) and enzyme-linked unmunosorbent assay(ELISA) were performed to detect the dynamics of CAb CAg levels in sera form rabbits with Schistosoma japonicum, both peaks appeared at the 10th to 12th and 10th weeks after infection respectively. The levels of CAb and CAg were closely correlated with the intensity and duration of infection .The results indicated that the dynamic changes of circulating antibody and antigen levels were markedly different,the superiority of CAb detection appeared in the middle period of infection (namely the 10th to 20th weeks after infection)and that of CAg detection showed in the early period(namely within ten weeks).At the same time the results provided a seientific basis for selecting the suitable detection ways of CAb and CAg, and D-IEA was good for the detection of specific circulating antibody in sera from the in fected rabbits.
