摘  要:本文主要研究了SK型界面剂与潮湿混凝土基底的粘接性能,以及在潮湿混凝土基底涂敷SK型界面剂后不同时间间隔喷涂聚脲弹性体抗冲磨涂层的粘接性能。试验结果表明,在潮湿混凝土基底界面喷涂聚脲弹性体涂层具有较高的粘接强度。喷涂聚脲弹性体涂层抗高速含沙水流冲刷试验结果显示,其抗冲磨性能大大超过C60硅粉混凝土。本文从技术可行性和经济性角度,分析评价了喷涂聚脲弹性体抗冲磨层与传统高强混凝土,环氧砂浆及环氧类涂料抗冲磨层的技术优势,说明了喷涂聚脲弹性体作为水工泄水建筑物抗冲磨保护层的应用前景。The author discussed some key problems of applying Spraying Polyurea Elastomer(SPUA) and investigated the adhesive properties of the SK type primer smeared on moist concrete substrate and the SPUA coating spreaded on the moist concrete substrate smeared with SK type primer at different time intervals. The results showed that a high adhesive strength could be achieved between SPUA coatings and moist concrete substrate. In terms of abrasion resistant ability to the high silt-laden flow, SPUA coating was over 10 times better than C60 silica powder concrete. Analysis was made about the feasibility of applying this technology and its economic benefits. It was revealed that SPUA abrasion resistant coatings had apparent superiority as compared with the traditional concrete technologies when applied in the hydraulic outlet works.
