疏肝和胃法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征60例

摘　　要：为观察疏肝和胃法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效, 90例患者随机分成2组。治疗组60例给予疏肝和胃中药治疗,对照组30例予西沙必利治疗,疗程4周。观察比较2组临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为83 .3%, 6个月后复发率为12 .0%;对照组则分别为70 .0%和42 .9%,P<0 .05。提示疏肝和胃法治疗便秘型IBS疗效确切、复发率低。To observe the clinical efficacy of liver-discharging and stomach-harmonizing therapy in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowl syndrome,90 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with Chinese herbs effective to discharge liver and harmonize stomach and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Unipride,with a course of 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and r elapse rate were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 83.3% and 6-month relapse rate was 12.0% in treatment group,and respectively 70.0% and 42.9% in control group,P<0 05.It is indicated that this therapy is quite effective to treat constipation-predominant irritable bowl syndrome and diminish relapse.
