中药“425”对血吸虫卵肉芽肿病变免疫调节作用的机理研究  被引量:4

摘  要:本文试验结果发现,应用“425”制剂可明显增强宿主脾细胞在体外自发性的及在LPS刺激下的增生反应,明显抑制其在PHA刺激下的增生反应,而用药后宿主脾细胞在特异性抗原刺激下的增生反应未见明显改变;虽然用药组感染鼠的脾脏明显小于对照组,但血清及虫卵肉芽肿培养上清中特异性抗体IgG水平未见明显改变。研究结果表明,“425”制剂具有双重非特异性免疫调节作用。该制剂抑制宿主肝组织内虫卵肉芽肿病变的机理除了在于其能非特异地增强宿主B细胞介导的体液免疫应答外,该制剂对宿主体内T细胞介导的细胞免疫应答的非特异性抑制作用可能起了更重要的作用。The present study was based on immunopathological observations that had been reported.Further immunological investigations on Schistosoma japonicum-infected mice which were given intraperitoneally the preparation of'425' were made majorly by use of lymphocyte transformation test,ELISA and isolating technique of egg granulomas.It was found that both spontaneous and LPS-stimulated lymphoproliferations of the infected mice from the administered group were significantly enhanced.However,the lymphocyte proliferative response of these mice induced by PHA was significantly inhibited and that by specific antigen SEA did not exhibit significant changes.It was also found that though the splenomegaly of the administered group was obviously not so serious as that of the control group,there was no significant difference of specific antibody(IgG)level in sera and supernatants of the cultrued granulomas between two groups. These findings indicated that the preparation of'425' had double non-specific immunomodulation effect on the immune response of the infected mice-immunoenhancement to B lymphocytes and immunosuppression to some T lymphocytes.It is considered that immunosuppression indued by this preparation to T cell-mediated immune responses may play an important role.
