摘　　要：通过对中国和欧盟国家知识密集型服务业的发展状况及其在创新系统中的作用两方面的比较研究,分析了我国知识密集型服务业发展所存在的问题,并对促进我国知识密集型服务业发展提出了建议。The Knowledge-intensive Business Service (KIBS) characterized by information technology and professional knowledge is the important part of modern service industry in the worldwide. The current development of EU knowledge-intensive business service and its role in innovation system was compared with China one, the problems existing in our knowledge-intensive business service pointed, and some suggestions put forward to develop the KIBS in China.
