摘　　要：目的探索综合干预减轻腹部手术后患者疼痛的效果。方法将360例腹部手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各180例。对照组按腹部外科手术进行常规术后疼痛护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取心理指导、按摩、音乐疗法等措施,术后7d采用Prince-Henry评分法对两组患者进行疼痛评估。结果观察组患者术后疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合干预能减轻患者的疼痛程度。Objective To explore the applica ti on of behavioral intervention in the nursing care of pain after abdominal surge ry.Methods Three hundreds and sixty patients who had undergone b iliary-duct operation were divided into two groups at random: an experimental g roup and a control group, with 180 patients in each group. The patients in the c ontrol group given routine nursing care for pain, while a behavioral interventio n technique was used in the patients of the experimental group 7 days after oper ation, the pain the patients suffered from were evaluated by using Prince-Henry scale.Results The pain in the experimental group was significan tly milder than that of controls (P<0.01).Conclusion The beh avioral intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of patients.
