六味地黄软胶囊对成年及幼年免疫低功小鼠特异性免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的考察六味地黄软胶囊对成年及幼年免疫低功小鼠特异性免疫机能的影响。方法采用环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫低功模型,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色分析法、乳酸脱氢酶法、免疫荧光法及掌跖肿胀法等。结果六味地黄软胶囊2 5、5 0、10 0g·kg-1连续灌胃给药7d ,可显著提高环磷酰胺致特异性免疫功能低下成年及幼年小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫水平(P <0 0 1)。Objective To study the effect of Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules(traditional Chinese medicines) on the specific immunity ability in the immunity defect mice.Methods Immunity defect mice induced by cyclophosphamide were used.The effect of Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules was tested by means of methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium colorimetric analysis,immunofluorescence and the identification the degree of swelling hand.Results Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules could substantially enhance the level of the humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity of the immunity defect mice induced by cyclophosphamide ater 7 days oral administration(2.5,5.0,10.0 g·kg~ -1 , P<0.01) .Conclusion Liuweidihuang Soft Capsules can improve the specific immunity ability of immunity defect mice.
