摘　　要：目的介绍金莲花属植物研究进展,为其研究和开发提供参考。方法通过查阅国内外相关的资料,对金莲花属植物的分布、化学成分、药理作用及临床研究进行综述。结果与结论金莲花是很有价值的植物抗菌药,它抗菌谱广、作用显著、不良反应小,金莲花属植物应用前景广阔。目前研究仅限个别品种。Objective To review the study on Trollius and provide a reference for the further research and development of Trollius.Methods This paper reviewed the distribution,chemical constituents,pharmacological activity and clinical application of Trollius on the basis of related references.Results and Conclusions Flos Trolli is a kind of valuable phytogeniantimicrobial agent with wide antimicrobial spectrum,notable effect,few side effect.Although the related literatures are limited,there are requirments for the further investigation in the field of trollius.
