38年来济南、青岛儿童少年生长的长期变化  

Secular Growth Change of Children in the Past Thirty-eight Years in Jinan and Qingdao

摘　　要：本文分析了济南、青岛1962—2000年7—18岁儿童少年生长发育的长期变化趋势。38年间,济南市7—18岁男女生身高平均增长15 48cm(男)、12 09cm(女),体重平均增长15 76kg(男)、10 01kg(女),胸围平均增长7 88cm(男)、4 10cm(女);青岛市7—18岁男女生身高平均增长17 12cm(男)、13 19cm(女),体重平均增长16 98kg(男)、10 46kg(女),胸围平均增长6 72cm(男)、3 05cm(女)。青岛市男女生身高的增长幅度显著大于济南。This article analysed the secular growth change of children aged 7—18 in Jinan and Qingdao from 1962 to 2000. In the past thirty-eight years, the stature of children aged 7—18 in Jinan showed an average increased 15.48cm in boys and 12.09cm in girls, with body weight increases of 15.76kg for boys and 10.01kg for girls. Chest measurement increases were 7.88cm in boys and 14.10cm in girls. In Qingdao, stature estimates averaged increases of 17.12cm in boys and 13.19cm in girls, body weight increases of 16.98kg in boys and 10.46kg in girls, and chest measurement increases 6.72cm in boys and 3.05cm in girls. Stature increases for children in Qingdao were significantly higher than children in Jinan. The difference in secular growth change of children between Jinan and Qingdao appeared from 1985 to 2000.
