摘　　要：美国海军转型是一场深层次变革,并已经成为与海军陆战队的联合海上力量转型。本文将对美国海军转型的变革特征、历程和举措进行分析,重点分析美国海军的能力转型、作战概念转型和方法转型。US naval transformation is a kind of deep revolution and has become US navy and marine corps' combined transformation. This article will analyze the revolutionary character, procedure and measure of US naval transformation. We will lay emphasis on the capability transformation, combat concept transformation and method transformation.
