摘 要:以电弧喷涂、电刷镀复合成型模具快速制造工艺为核心,结合CAE、CAD、RE、RP等先进技术,为汽车车身试制和覆盖件模具开发提供快速、低成本的方法和手段,并为制造批量生产用钢制模具提供参考数据,使钢模具制造一次成功。同时提出汽车覆盖件模具快速开发混合迭代优化设计模型,与以往的单独CAE仿真优化或单独试验试凑法相比,具有更好的实用性和更高的效率。The rapid manufacturing technique for Auto panel dies is brought for ward in this paper. It combines both technologies of arc metal spraying and elec tric brush plating, and is integrated with CAE?CAD?RE (reverse engineering)?R P (rapid prototyping), etc. advanced technologies, which provides a fast and low cost process for auto body trial-production and body panel dies manufacturing, and offers reference data for making volume-production steel dies. A compound i t erative optimization model is put forward for rapid tooling of auto body panel. Compared with traditional trial-and-error approach or CAE simulation and optim ization, it has better practicability and higher efficiency.
