摘　　要：论文针对目前采煤用刮板输送机减速器缺乏必要的监测手段的现状 ,介绍一种能够在采煤工作面使用的刮板输送机减速器监测仪。该监测仪可实现油温和轴承温度的实时监测、动态高温油位等的实时监测。仪表在防砸、抗震动、防潮、防爆等方面符合井下使用要求 ,并通过了国家防爆检验中心的防爆检验和国家有关部门的型试实验。论文着重论述温度和液位监测 ,具有重要工程意义。At present,there are few on-line mornitoring tools equipped on the gear box of AFC (armor face conveyor).In this project, an instrument for monitoring the on-line status of gear box used in AFC has been designed and developed.This instrument can realize the real-time-monitoring of the temperature of the oil and bearings,the dynamic level of the high temperature oil,etc.It also meets the needs of underground working face conditions, such as the moistureproof,vibrationproof,smashproof.Its performance has passed the relevant tests by the national appointed Lab.
