胱氨酸的分离纯化及半胱氨酸合成的研究

摘　　要：本文利用人发水解可得胱氨酸,产率为7~10%,熔点为257~260℃与文献值(258±261℃)一致;胱氨酸采用锡粒还原法可得半胱氨酸盐,产率为82.1%,熔点为175~178℃,与文献值(175~178℃)一致,并用正交实验得到最佳的生产工艺条件。After tests we got the conclusions that by the acid decomposition of human hair we can get cystine, yields:7-10% , mp:257-260 C (Lit.258-261); by Sn reduction method we can get cys-teine chloride, yields; 82. 1%, mp. 175-178℃(Lit 175-178) and by the perpendicularity test methods we got the best production process conditions.
