天然染料高粱红对柞丝织物的染色性能研究

摘　　要：从高粱中提取高粱红天然染料,对柞丝织物进行直接染色、预媒法染色、后媒法媒染染色,通过正交试验及单因素试验确定了最佳染色条件,并对染色织物进行了相应的牢度测试,结果表明,经铁媒染后柞丝织物的各项牢度指标均较理想。The method for extracting sorghum red natural dye is introduced. The tussah silk fabric is dyed with such dye by using different dyeing methods, namely direct dyeing method, bottom chrome method and back dyeing method. The optimal dyeing conditions are determined by quadrature test and single-factor experiments and the color fastness of the dyed fabric are tested. The test results show that the fabric dyed with iron mordant has ideal fastness to soap washing, to rubbing and to light.
