摘　　要：本文提出了一种连续切片图象中的细胞群体检测及特征提取的新方法。它采用等灰度提取切片图象中的细胞截面并将其抹去；通过模式识别的方法确定切片图象间同一细胞体的截面、在上机实验的基础上，给出了三维参数测试的具体实现方案。当处理完连续切片时，能获知连续切片中存在的细胞体数目及每个细胞体的基本参数及在连续切片图象中的位置。理论分析和实验研究均征实了该算法的可行性和实用性。This paper presents a new algorithm of cystosomes detection and feature extraction from series of slices. It detects and eliminates cross sections of cystosomes among slices by equal grey method.Cross sections of identical cystosome are determined by pattern recognition.A concrete scheme of three-dimensional parameter test was given based on computer experiments.Numbers of cystosomes basic parameters of each cystosomes,and spatialization among series of slices were obtained during processing of all slices. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show its feasibility and availability.
