摘  要:将1.5kg甘肃棘豆干粉经水提取,提取液浓缩后用正丁醇萃取,萃取液加入稀硫酸调节pH7.0,回收溶剂,制成浸膏;将浸膏与二氧化硅粉末混匀后用氯仿萃取该浸膏中的小极性杂质。用氨性氯仿萃取,收集氨性氯仿萃取液,挥干后升华得到7.5mg针状结晶,与苦马豆素标准样品对照进行TLC检测,其Rf值及斑点颜色与苦马豆素标准样品一致;通过熔点和IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等鉴定其化学结构,为苦马豆素,计算甘肃棘豆苦马豆素的产率为5mg/kg。1.5kg the Oxytropis Kansuensis powder was extracted by hot water and the liquid was extracted with butanol. Then its adjusted pH to 7.0 and reclaimed butanol. The residue was mixed with silicon dioxide that was extracted with chloroform to remove minimum polarity impurity. In the end, the residue was extracted by ammoniac chloroform, collected ammoniac chloroform phase, vaporized the solvent, sublimated the residue and obtained 7.5mg white needles crystal. The crystal was detected by TLC, which appeared the same dot shape, color and Rf as the standard swainsonine. The chemical structures were identified as swainsonine by means of MP and IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR..
