绞股蓝叶龄变化规律及其应用研究

摘　　要：研究了绞股蓝(GynostemmapentaphyllumMakino)叶龄的变化规律,结果表明,绞股蓝叶龄的增加与茎叶生长和皂甙含量呈正相关。绞股蓝采收期应定在400叶龄以上为好。利用叶龄这一指标可以对绞股蓝的种植进行科学管理,其方法简单易行,对实际生产有很好的实用价值。The study was focused on the leaf age regulation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino. The results show that there was an apparent positive correlation between the increase of leaf age and the content of saponins. And harvesting dates of G.pentaphyllum is after 400-leaf age. Using of this exterior index can carry through science management to the plant of G.pentaphyllum, which method is simple and easy to do, and have effective practical value to actual production
