摘 要:本文在同种异体辐照灭菌AAA骨片植入羊肱骨的实验基础上,应用单轴拉伸试验,测试分析了不同周期(植入时间为3,6,9,12个月)植骨和正常对照侧骨的生物力学参数(弹性模量Em、极限强度σu、极限应变εu等)。结果表明,AAA骨植入的最初三个月,植骨的力学参数(Em、σu、εu等)有较大幅度的下降,其弹性模量Em仅达到正常骨的10.2%,极限强度σu达到正常骨的3.5%。随着植入时间的增长,Em、σu、εu逐渐增加,并向正常值靠拢。AAA骨植入12个月后,植骨弹性模量Em达到正常骨的60%,极限强度σu达到正常骨的50%,极限应变εu达到正常骨的63.8%。根据前四个周期(移植12个月)植骨力学参数的增长幅度,预计植骨力学参数恢复到正常水平的移植周期:弹性模量Em约30个月、极限强度σu约22个月、极限应变εu约15个月左右。Biomechanical parameters,( Em, σu, εu)of AAA (Antig enextracted Auto digested Allograft) bone implant in sheep humerus were studied 3,6,9 and 12 months postoperatively by axial tension test and compared with normal control cortical bone. 3 months after AAA bone implant, there was significant decrease in biomechanicai parameters of bone implant. The Yong's moduli (Em) and utimate strength (σu) were only 10.2% and 3.5% of use of normal control cortical bone. The biomechanical parameters(Em,σu,εu)of bone implant increased with the prolongation of post implantation days. By the end of 12 months, the values of Em, σu and ultimate strain εu of the implant reached 60, 50 and 63.8% of those of normal contol bone respectively. According to the increasing rate of biomechanical parameters of bone implant during the first 12 month, it was estimated that the time needed for the complete recovery of biomechanical parameters (Em, σu,εu )of the implant was 30, 20 and 15 months respectively.
