人血狂犬病免疫球蛋白的研制

摘　　要：采用人用狂犬病疫苗，对健康献血员进行7外基础免疫和3针加强免疫，采集高效价的狂犬病免疫血浆，按常规方法分离提制狂犬病免疫球蛋白（HRIO）。该制剂的蛋白质浓度为10％，γ-球蛋白纯度＞98％，lgG单体及二聚体含量＞90％，狂犬病抗体含量＞100lU／ml。该制剂为冻干剂型，效价稳定，安全性好，便于运输和保存．Rabthe immunoglobulin (HRIG) was prepared with bigh titre immune Plasma collectedfrom healthy donors immunised by rabid vaeene (7 doses for primary immunization and 3 forboosters). Whe protein concentration, Y-globulin purity, IgG monomer and dimer content and rabiesantibody content of the HRIG were 10%, >98%, >90% and 100IU/ml, respectively. The HRIGis a freezedried preporation which is saf and stuble. Besides, this product is easy to transport and topreserve.
