摘　　要：应用乙肝抗原与白-百-破抗原配制成Al（OH）3吸附四联疫苗，经实验室检测HBsAg能完全被吸附，对小白鼠的免疫效果较单价乙肝疫苗明显增强。应用高pH吸附剂较低pH吸附剂免疫效果更好。在四联疫苗中，四种抗原间无干扰现象。四联疫苗经4℃保存8个月免疫效价无影响。Al (OH)3 absorbed tetravalent vaccine was prepared with DPT and plasma derived hepatitis B vaccine HBsAg. The detection showed that HBsAg could be completely absorbed. Compared with HB vaccine. the immunity induced by tetravalent vaccine in mice was significantly improved. The immunologic efficacy of tetravalent vaccinc using higher pH adsorbent was better than that using lower pH adsorbent. No interference was found among the 4 antigens. After having been stored at 4 ℃ for 8 months, the immunogenicity of vaccine had not been affected.
