口服轮状病毒活疫苗LLR-85-37株反应及血清学效果初步观察

摘　　要：应用轮状病毒活疫苗LLR-85株第37代毒种，即LLR－85－37株，接种成人10人，3～6岁小儿21人，6月龄～2岁婴幼儿15人，口服一次，剂量为3×106.0TCIDEA50／ml。所有服苗者均反应轻微，未见发热、腹泻和呕吐等症状。轮状病毒1，2，3，4各型血清中和抗体4倍增长阳性率：3～6岁小儿组（20人）分别为55.0％，50.0％，63．6％和40．0％，对照组13人为0％；6月龄～2岁婴幼儿组（13人）分别为38．5％，69．2％，3％和53.8％，对照组15人为0％。初步观察结果表明LLR－85－37株口服轮状病毒活疫苗是安全、有效的。A lamb rotavirus strain (LLR-85 ) was undergone 37 passages in primary kidney cells of newborn calf, then the strain LLR-85-37 was obtained and used as a candidate of oral rotavirus live vaccine. 10 adults, 21 children aged 3~6 years, and 15 infants aged 0.5~2 years were vaccinated with a dose (3×106.0TCIDEA50/ml) of the candidate vaccine. All the recipients showed rnild reaction, and no fever, diarrhea and emesis were found. In children aged 3~6 years, the positive rates of neutralizing antibodies to rotavirus type 1, 2, 3 and 4 were 55.0%, 50.0, 63.6% and 40.0%. respectively, and those of control were 0%; in infants aged 0. 5~2 years, the positive rates were 38. 5%, 69. 2%, 58. 3% and 53.8%, respectively, and those of control were 0%. The preliminary results showed that this candidate vaccine prepared with strain LLR-85-37 was safe and effective.
