摘　　要：根据ANP网络分析法(AnalyticNetworkProcess)的基本原理和方法,结合信息系统规划需要,建立具有网络结构的组合分析模型,以对信息系统应用项目进行选择。并对模型中的基本概念作了定义和描述,用形式化方法描述了该模型的应用实施过程,给出了一个应用实例。Based on the methodology of Analytic Network Process, this paper presents a formalized model for projects evaluation and selection in information systems planning. Some basic concepts of the model are discussed firstly, and then the implementation process of the model is outlined and illustrated by performing it to portfolio analyses of information system applications in a real case.
