摘 要:采用钯负载的La0.62Pb0.38MnO3钙钛矿催化体系氧化羰化合成碳酸二苯酯。考察了固相催化剂的制备工艺、液相溶剂和助剂、气相压力、组成对该多相催化反应的影响。研究表明:柠檬酸络合物法制备的载体所对应的催化剂催化活性优于共沉淀法和微乳液法,应用沉淀法负载活性成分优于浸渍法,H2PdCl2作为活性Pd源较Na2PdCl4好;苯醌、氢醌、二氯甲烷是该反应体系的良好助剂和溶剂;在压力一定的条件下,控制O2的分压可使DPC收率达到最佳化。加入溶剂二氯甲烷和助剂苯醌,当溶剂与苯酚的质量比达到5∶1时,DPC的产率可达到20%。Diphenyl carbonate (DPC) was synthesized by oxidative carbonation method using pervoskite oxide as support on which the active component Pd were tethered. The preparation technics of catalyst,effect of solvent and redox reagent in liquid phase, pressure and content of gas phase were studied. It was that the carrier prepared by citrate process was better for synthesized DPC than co-precipitation and microemulsion method. The activeness of catalyst which tether H_(2)PdCl_(2) by co-precipition process was higher than Na_(2)PdCl_(4) as Pd source and dipping process. p-Benzoquinone,hydroquinone,methylene dichloride can be chosen as reagent and solvent for this catalyst system. When the pressure was fixed, DPC yield could reach optimazition by control the O_(2) content in gas.The yield of DPC can reach 20% in the condition of m(CH_(2)Cl_(2))∶m(phenol)=5∶1.
