摘 要:制备一系列负载型γ-Al2O3催化剂,考察这些催化剂对1,2-丙二醇中的少量碳酸丙烯酯(PC)的催化水解反应活性。实验结果表明,添加碱土金属氧化物的γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化活性比添加酸性氧化物的γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化活性高,其中以MgO质量分数为20%的MgO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的催化活性最高。以MgO/γ-Al2O3为催化剂,碳酸丙烯酯水解的最佳反应条件为:反应温度140℃,原料液态空速2.4h-1,n(水)∶n(PC)=3.0;在此条件下,碳酸丙烯酯可以完全水解,转化率达100%。A series of catalysts for heterogeneous catalytic hydrolysis of small amount of propylene carbonate (PC) in 1,2-propylene glycol were prepared by metal oxides loaded on γ-Al2O3. Their catalytic hydrolysis activities were systematically studied. Higher catalytic activities were achieved by adding alkaline-earth metal oxides to γ-Al2O3, among which the catalytic activity of adding 20% (mass fraction) of MgO was the best. For MgO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst, optimal reaction conditions for PC hydrolysis were: 140°C, LHSV 2.4 h-1, and n(H2O) : n(PC) = 3.0. Under these conditions, PC conversion was complete.
