摘 要:通过研究影响乙二醇紫外透光率测定结果的各种因素,改进了乙二醇紫外透光率的测定方法。测定前,先对光度计的波长准确度进行严格的检验,并以氮气鼓泡方式脱除试样中溶解的氧气,再以纯度较高的水为参比,用10mm或50mm的石英吸收池测定试样在220,275,350nm波长处的紫外透光率。同时,通过校正参比水的吸光度,能以普通蒸馏水为参比准确地测定乙二醇的紫外透光率。该方法的相对标准偏差小于0.3%。An improved determination method of ultraviolet (UV) transmittance of ethylene glycol (EG) was developed. Wavelength accuracy of spectrophotometer was first calibrated and EG sample was stripped with nitrogen to remove dissolved oxygen. UV transmittance of sample was determined in 10 or 50 mm quartz absorption cell by using water of high purity as reference at 220 nm, 275 nm and 350 nm wavelength, respectively. Ordinary distilled water could be used as reference without decreasing accuracy of results, providing that absorbance correction was made for reference water. RSD of the method was less than 0.3%.
