微载体再生的研究

摘　　要：将使用过的Cytodex1微载体用0．1mol／L醋酸处理后，再用于细胞培养，结果细胞生长速度、形态和抗原分泌量与新微载体相比，无明显差异。经处理的微载体再生率达70％～90％。After being treated with 0. 1mol/L acetic acid, used Cytodex 1 microcarrier was reused for cells culture. The result showed that no significant difference was found in terms of the growth speed, morphology and antigen secretion betweencells cultured using regenerated microcarrier and those cultured using new microcarrier. It proved that the regeneration rate of microcarrier might reach 70% ~90%.
