摘  要:从自然暴发传染性法氏囊病雏鸡的法氏囊和盲肠扁桃体取材制超薄切片。电镜检查,确诊病原、观察病毒的形态结构及其与宿主的相互作用。电镜下在法氏囊及盲肠扁桃体的巨噬细胞胞浆内发现病毒包涵体,包涵体内含有大小不等的圆形或椭圆形的病毒晶体,其内病毒颗粒呈圆形及六角形,大小及形态较一致,排列规整,测其直径为50~64nm,平均58nm。多数病毒颗粒核心电子致密,外被单层衣壳,少数为空衣壳,均无囊膜,完全符合传染性法氏囊病毒的形态特征。文中对该病毒在淋巴细胞内复制的问题进行了讨论。The ultrathin sections of bursa of Fabricius and tonsil of chicken naturally infected with actute infectious bursal disease were observed under electron microscope. lnclusion bodies were found in the cytoplasm of macrophage. The inclusion bodies contained various sizes of oircular or oval virus crystals consisted of spherical and hexagonal particles which were arranged in order and showed uniform sizes and figures. Most of the rarticles were enveloped with monostratal capsid and contained a dense core, and a few of them were empty capsid, but none of them were found to be encapsulated with the envelope. All the characteristics were consistent with those of infectious bursal disease virus. The replication of the virus in lymphocyte was also discussed in this paper.
